A Fort DeSoto Engagement

Love. We all hear people talk about it, people preaching that they are the best at capturing it and we all know there is this stigmatism around the topic. I prefer to break those rules and stereotypes when it comes to capturing a couple and their engagement session. My biggest focus is to have the setting be one that is true to your personal story. If you love the beach, then we have it at the beach. If you love being at your home, we have it in your home. Location is a vital part in documenting this time in your lives. For Owyn and Nico the beach is a huge part of their lives and story. Owyn is the designer and mastermind behind the brand, The Happy Sea. (My kids and myself, let's not kid, are OBSESSED!)

For these two I wanted to focus on the simpler elements of a backdrop and really focus on the details of their connection, their love, and the place that makes them comfortable and happy.
